Transplant Recipients & Caregivers
As a transplant recipient or caregiver, you deserve to feel informed and prepared for the conversations that shape your care.

You are living your life, and part of that life involves regular monitoring of your transplanted kidney. You want to know if your transplanted kidney is healthy, but the picture isn’t always clear. myOLARIS® -KTdx is designed to support surveillance of your transplanted kidney and give your care team more information — it does not replace their judgment or the clinical process. This page can help you understand what the test is and how to raise it with your care team so you can walk into your next appointment with more information and better questions.
Your perspective on this work matters. Transplant recipients and caregivers are part of how Olaris builds and improves what it does.
What is myOLARIS® -KTdx?
After a kidney transplant, regular monitoring is part of life, but standard lab results don't always tell the full story, and when the picture is incomplete, it can be hard to know what questions to ask or what comes next.
myOLARIS® -KTdx is a first-of-its-kind, non-invasive urine test used in a clinical setting. It helps your care team determine whether your transplanted kidney appears stable or shows signs of graft injury. Walking into an appointment after myOLARIS® -KTdx gives you more information, better questions, and a clearer sense of where things stand.
A graft injury is damage or stress to a transplanted organ. Graft injury can occur for a few reasons, such as the immunosuppressive dose. Too little and the body rejects the new organ; too much and the recipient becomes vulnerable to infections and other long-term problems. Knowing how to treat or mitigate the injury depends on which direction the signals point.
That's what myOLARIS® -KTdx is designed to help clarify for you and your care team.
