myOLARIS® -KTdx

myOLARIS® -KTdx

myOLARIS® -KTdx is a urine-based laboratory-developed test (LDT) designed to support surveillance of kidney graft injury, including borderline rejection, subclinical and clinical rejection, and polyomavirus-associated nephropathy (PVAN). The test is intended to support clinical reasoning, not replace it. Biopsy remains the gold standard for differentiating types of graft injury; myOLARIS® -KTdx is designed to help inform the decision of when , or whether, to pursue one and to add insight if the signals are unclear.

myOLARIS® -KTdx Results

myOLARIS® -KTdx provides a similarity-based score intended to be interpreted by a licensed clinician in clinical context. The report will indicate if the metabolite signature is most consistent with stable, trending toward under-immunosuppressed (rejection or borderline), or trending over-immunosuppressed (infection or PVAN). myOLARIS® -KTdx does not provide a definitive diagnosis and does not replace the clinical judgment of the ordering physician.
